Update March 22, 2022 - Marble Falls ISD Board of Trustees approves amended DOI Plan

At the March 22, 2022 regularly scheduled board meeting, the Marble Falls ISD Board of Trustees, approved amending the Local Innovation Plan.

Amendments added to the Local Innovation Plan include:

• TEC21.003, §21.057, §21.0031, §21.053 – Certification of Staff
• TEC25.036 – Transfer Students
• TEC37.105 – Removal of Unruly Visitors
• TEC37.005 – Suspension of Students Below Grade 3
• TEC37.008 – Class Size Waiver for DAEP
• TEC37.007(c) & TEC §37.010(b) – Expulsion from DAEP for Persistent Misconduct
