Marble Falls Students Recognized for Outstanding Accomplishments at School Board Meeting

Last year we had 6 students qualify for the Middle School/Junior High All-State Choir.  These students competed against hundreds of other students across the state of Texas!  Students participated in 3 days of rehearsals over the summer and had the opportunity to perform a concert at the end of the week.

As a sophomore, Roselyn Arredondo and her artwork received a gold medal at the UIL Visual Arts Scholastic Event (VASE) regional level, advanced to state and received a gold medal at state in April 2022. For the competition she not only had to create this amazing art, she had to write short essays and provide evidence that her creation and concept were completely original and unique to her experiences.

Three students participated in State Solo and Ensemble Contest over the Memorial Day weekend last May. They qualified for State due to their Superior performance at the Regional competition in February.

At State Aaron Faehnle and Emma Seely both earned a Gold Medal for their Superior solo performances and Maia Pacini earned a Silver Medal for her Excellent performance.

Marble Falls students participated in the Technology Students Association (TSA) State competition last April in a variety of events.
