• Greetings Parents/Guardians,

My name is Justin Doiron or Coach Doiron as most students will refer to me as and I wanted to take this opportunity to welcome you to my 6th grade Science class. This is my 1st year here at Marble Falls Middle School and I couldn’t be more excited to get started! I am originally from Houston, Texas where I graduated from Klein Forest High School. Upon graduation, I decided to attend college at Texas State University, where I received my Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Sports and Science with a minor in Health and Wellness. My previous teaching experiences include one year of Elementary PE and an additional year of 7th grade Science with Crocket County Common Consolidated School District in Ozona, Texas.

I am looking forward to getting to know both you and your child this year. Your 6th grade student will explore a variety of disciplines associated with Science ranging from investigative techniques used in scientific experiments to exploration of the different planets in our solar system. With that being said in order to ensure your child has the best possible year, I would like to open the line of communication between parent, teacher, and student. Listed below is my email and conference period. I invite you to contact me at any time you have any questions regarding your child as well as leave your information on the sign in sheet next to this document.

I am available to meet with parents between 2:00 and 3:00 PM, during my conference period. Unfortunately, I am not available before or after school, due to coaching obligations. I will, however, make arrangements to meet with you in the morning if need be. For parents that use e-mail, I normally check my e-mail daily, and this is often the quickest way to get in touch with me. I will respond promptly. Please feel free to e-mail me anytime, at jdoiron@mfisd.txed.net.

I’m looking forward to a great year with your child!

If you have any questions at all, please feel free to e-mail me!

    JDoiron@mfisd.txed.net

    Sincerely,

    Justin Doiron
