• I'm so excited to be at Marble Falls High School. We truly are a part of a school district that loves and cares about it's students and staff!

    A little about my background and experience:

    I graduated from Auburn University with a Bachelor of Science in Textile Engineering - WAR EAGLE! I started teaching Engineering here in Marble Falls at the beginning of the 2016-2017 school year. During my time here, I have become certified as a trainer for four levels of Systems Go Aerospace Engineering curriculum working directly with NASA and the United States Air Force. I have certified as a trainer for FANUC America with Robot Operations, HandlingTool Operations and Programming, and HandlingPRO. I have certified as a CAD Educator with Austin Community College. Currently, I teach all courses in the engineering pathway at Marble Falls High School.

    The engineering pathway gives students the opportunity to work in multiple disciplines of engineering including but not limited to: Aerospace, Robotics, Structural, Civil, and Mechanical.

    For extracurricular activities, I am the sponsor for the Engineering Club which is active in Technology Student Association and Sea Perch.

    My career background mainly consists of working in the corporate world as a Process and Manufacturing Engineer. I transitioned out of the corporate world in 2012 to spend more time with my family.

    I have a wonderful husband, Dan and three beautiful kids - Mayben, Hattie and Gage. My family means the world to me. And, Marble Falls ISD staff and students have become like family. I truly enjoy working with all of my students and seeing them become successful just as I do with my own kids.
