KBEY 103.9 FM’s morning show, The Wake Up Call with Ed and Kay, will broadcast live from the Marble Falls High School’s A/V studios, Friday, April 1st, from 6:00 – 9:00 a.m.  Listeners can listen live on the radio, or watch the show as it is produced on the school’s educational television broadcast outlet on the web at https://t.co/8B7aBERb09.

“Ed and Kay are going back to High School,” laughed MFHS’s A/V Teacher, Matt Turner.  “Our Career and Technology Education programs at Marble Falls High School are designed to provide workforce ready learning experiences for our students.  We thought it would be great experience for our A/V students to bring in local professional broadcasters and learn by assisting in the live production of a morning radio show!”

A/V Students in Master Control

In addition to the KBEY remote broadcast, the A/V students produce daily live video announcements and a feature show called The Mane, which highlights activities and programs at Marble Falls High School and in the Marble Falls’ community.  A/V students also produce commercials, training and product videos, and promotional footage for local businesses and institutions.
